Joining Coldwell Banker in 2008 and the Tom Ferry coaching organization in 2015, I began incorporating the most powerful tools in the industry. My husband and I worked with the Yazbeck team to sell our second home in Steamboat. As we are not local it was important for us to have an active realtor to help us with all the matters that come up before and after signing a contract. From Day 1 the marketing of our property was very active and our property sold fast. The team always kept us up-to-date with the progress of the project. Robert and Marc took care of everything from finding the right contractors to following up on the execution of any work or repair that needed to be done before closing.We could always contact the team with any questions or concerns and get an immediate response. We have lived in and around Steamboat for 30 years and decided a few years ago to move somewhere with less snow and found ourselves with 2 homes/properties to sell. We initially worked with another realtor in town, for one of our properties. Our downtown home was a rental with high volume and did not fit their model for selling. We have known Robert and his wife since they moved to Steamboat, so knowing they are excellent people, community members, and hard working provoked us to list both of our homes with Robert and his team when we decided to liquidate our assets in Steamboat.What we found out is that Robert is knowledgeable of the market, the process, the community and labor resources. Additionally, he has recruited and trained a top-notch team. Our homes had some unique situations to navigate through at times. Robert operated with the utmost professionalism and integrity through the most difficult of situations. He was never daunted and was always willing to take a look at options we brought to the table, as well as never being short of options coming from him and his team. Additionally, there were a few times when unsavory realtors were disrespectful in their behavior while showing or seeking to show our home. Robert was quick to right their wrong and make up for those in his profession with poor ethics.There are a lot of realtors in town. Many we know personally. And only a few we would recommend. After asking around Steamboat about who was the best realtor to work with in selling property, I was given Robert's name. From our first meeting, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He had great suggestions on improvements we could make to the property and was helpful in finding great people to do the necessary work which was extremely helpful as we do not live full time in the community. We were thrilled that our home sold in 2 days!! If we come back to Steamboat, he will be our guy. Highly recommend.
