My wife I were introduced to Greg in 2014 on our honeymoon by a good friend. We were clear that we were several years away from making a move but he dedicated several hours to sharing his knowledge of the town. Having grown up in Steamboat with children, he offered us a wealth of knowledge with a unique perspective of how great a town it is to raise a family. Months and years passed but Greg was great about staying in touch with listings as well as sharing relevant updates about the housing market. As our dream of moving to town began to take shape, Greg stepped up the search and refined the presented listings to our tastes. Being 2000 miles away, it was absolutely fantastic and essential to have someone like Greg in our corner. In April, our family of 4 flew in from VA with the goal to find the perfect house before we left. We included our two teenage sons in the decision and Greg offered an infinite amount of patience as we explored different ideas. We found the perfect place for the whole family and we could not be happier. Greg was great in helping us complete the sale and went above and beyond in many regards. We definitely lucked out being introduced to Greg!
