December 13, 2019 - A beautiful snowfall was the perfect setting for the Grand Opening of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties’ newest real estate showroom in the Olympian Building on Yampa Street next to the fly shop. Steamboat locals mingled while celebrating the launch of Coldwell Banker’s new downtown office and the announcement of its merger with long-time local firm Lincoln Avenue Realty, owned by Dennis O’Connor and Beverly Glenn. The event was put on by CBDP Steamboat Spring’s Managing Broker, Julie Thurston, and Office Manager, Alisa Bonelli.
“We are proud to welcome Dennis and Beverly’s expertise to our group of residential and commercial real estate experts, and to extend the ease of downtown access to the Coldwell Banker brand for locals and visitors dreaming of owning a home in this coveted and unique resort,” said Thurston, who brings 27 years of resort real estate industry experience to her role with CBDP. With more than 22 years of success in Steamboat real estate, building market knowledge and lasting relationships in the Yampa Valley, O'Connor and Glenn said in a joint statement, “We are honored, excited and humbled to join the highly respected, global reaching, and technologically advanced real estate firm of Coldwell Banker.”
