Cedaredge Lodge is a mountain lodge situated at the base of the Grand Mesa with 11 lodging units, several with kitchens, and a total guest capacity of 40. The lodge is run more like a short-term AirBnB rental than a traditional motel, with guests using a keypad to access the units they've rented. The rooms are cozy and warm, paneled in native aspen from the nearby mountains, and decorated with mountain and Western themes. The lodge has several surprising amenities, such as a yoga room, 3-season open air kitchen with several guest tables, a commercial kitchen, and outdoor seating areas, fire pit, and garden area. The lodge was named "Best of Delta County " in 2022. One unit has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and bath, and can sleep 8, while another unit has 2 bedrooms and a commercial kitchen. This property is very close to all kinds of recreation on 500 square miles of National Forest lands, including Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, elk and deer hunting in GMU 421, fishing, 4-wheeling, horseback riding, mountain biking, and much more.
