Primarily established for the use of heavy Commercial or Industrial Enterprise, but the zone is also characterized for a mixture of businesses, such as Warehouses, Shops, Manufactural, Processing Plants, Storage Units and various more uses. No Size or Height requirements. Permit has been issued by IDOT for Hwy 26 access. Construction will begin Sept 18th of this year. ***Also note, as per IDT a proposal has been submitted to connect US Highway 20 and US Highway 26 near Beaches Corner to provide more convenient access to motorists without having to impact the local road network.
