The Sun Valley office held their Annual Awards breakfast last week honoring the top producers. Categories included Top Sales for Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and the Coldwell Banker corporation, both statewide and internationally. We are proud of the fantastic work all our sales agents perform and are especially pleased to see them get this well-deserved recognition. They are truly at the top of their game, and if you don't already know them and (use them for your real estate needs!), you should.
The Rising Star Award was given to Sue Ranney, for Rookie of the Year. Sue moved to Sun Valley from Boise/McCall area and if she's not selling real estate, you'll likely find her on any one of our amazing golf courses. If you're searching for the perfect place to unwind, give Sue a call.
The Team of Linda
Another top sales agent is Associate Broker and Partner, Deborah Sievers. Deb achieved International Diamond Society status being in the top 8% of all Coldwell Banker sales agents. Associate Broker and Partner, Jim Kuehn, was awarded the International Sterling Society with sales in the top 12%. Congratulations to you both!
Stephanie Reed was recognized for the rock star she is, earning International Diamond Society, Sales Person of the Year and Distinctive Angel of the Year! It's no coincidence that she gives back as much or more than she gets. Stephanie logged over 178 hours of time to a variety of non-profits, including the Animal Shelter, the Environmental Resource Center, Higher Ground, the Hunger Coalition, Souper Supper, as well as servicing on the board of the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS and the Wellness Festival.
